Peer Review Process

Double-Blind Review:

All manuscripts submitted to GESS undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review process to ensure scientific quality, originality, and academic integrity.

Review Timeline:

         Initial Screening: Within 1 week. The Editorial Board checks for scope alignment and basic quality.

         Peer Review Phase: Typically spans 4-6 weeks, involving at least two independent subject-matter experts.

         Revision: Authors are given 2 to 4 weeks to address reviewer comments, depending on whether major or minor revisions are required.

         Final Decision: The Editor-in-Chief makes the final publication decision based on the reviewers' recommendations.
