Submission of manuscript for publication • The paper needs to be submitted online in a single WORD file  through the journal's website:

Preliminary Scrutiny of the Paper Once the paper is received, it undergoes a primary scrutiny which broadly includes plagiarism, scope, language, scientific content and relevance of the research, and suitability to the standard of the journal. If the paper meets the criteria of acceptance, the authors are communicated about the same and they are asked to send a signed Author's Certificate (Declaration in the Journal's Format) and Names of at least two potential reviewers.

Suggesting reviewers The authors need to submit the names and institutional e-mail addresses of minimum two potential reviewers who can review the manuscript. The authors cannot suggest the reviewers from the same institution, or with whom they have collaborated during the last two years. Existing members of the journal's editorial advisory board should not be recommended as reviewers by the author.

Format of manuscript • Manuscripts must be in English, typewritten using Times New Roman fonts only, and double-spaced throughout leaving appropriate margins on both sides. • The first page of manuscripts should contain the title of the paper, name(s) of author(s) and name and address of Organization(s) where the work has been carried out along with the affiliation of the authors and ORCID Ids. Mention the corresponding author who will handle correspondence at all stages of refereeing and publication, also post-publication. • The text of the manuscript should run into Abstract, Introduction, Materials & Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, Acknowledgement (if any) and References, or other suitable headings in case of reviews and theoretically oriented papers. The references should be in full containing names of all the authors with the title of the paper. • The figures should preferably be made on a computer with high resolution and should be capable of withstanding a reasonable reduction with the legends provided separately outside the figures. Photographs may be black and white or color. • Tables should be typed separately bearing a short title, preferably in vertical form. They should be of a size, which could easily be accommodated in the page of the Journal. • References in the text should be cited by the authors' surname and year. In case of more than one reference of the same author in the same year, add suffix a,b,c,.... to the year. For example: (Thomas 1969, Mass 1973a, 1973b, Madony et al. 1990, Abasi & Soni 1991).

References The references cited in the text should be arranged alphabetically by the authors' surname. We recommend the usage of the bibliography software packages like EndNote, Zotero, Mendeley, Reference Manager to avoid discrepancies in the cited and list of full references. The references should follow the Harvard Style of Reference Writing. The references should mandatorily include a source link like that of DOI, Google Scholar, PubMed, ResearchGate, etc. or website wherever available. In case of unpublished materials, please mention categories like submitted, in press, private communication, personal communication, unpublished work etc. Note: The titles of the papers should be in running 'sentence case', while the titles of the books, reports, theses, journals, etc. should be in 'title case' with all words starting with CAPITAL letter. For website references, include the Author or Organization, Date of Publication, Title of the Page, URL, and Access Date.

Sample Reference Pattern Dutta, A. and Chaudhury, M., 1991. Removal of arsenic from groundwater by lime softening with powdered coal additive. Some Common Mistakes to be Avoided 1. Name of the authors should start with Initials, e.g. N.M. Venkat. It should not be Venkat N.M. 2. Affiliation should be demarcated by Numbers e.g. 1Department of……. 2Department of……. 3. There should be only one corresponding author demarcated by the sign * 4. Keywords should be specific related to the topic and not general terms 5. The abstract should be specific and have Research objectives, problems, findings, and conclusions in brief. 6. Tables should be in editable text format and not in an image format 7. Figures should be high quality with the information and text (if any) clearly visible. Avoid figures that are blurred, compressed and or with unclear information. 8. References should not be quoted by numbers in the text. They should be quoted by authors' surname and year. E.g. (Patil 2022). If there are 2 authors, '&' should be used instead of 'and'. (e.g. Champion & Seth 1968) 9. For more than 2 authors in a reference, quote the last name of the first author followed by et al. (e.g. Lele et al. 2013). et al. should not be italicized. 10. All the references quoted in the text should be given in full under the heading of "REFERENCES".
