Authors publishing in Geospatial and Earth System Science (GESS) retain the copyright of their published work. Authors grant the journal and the publisher, ManEd Research Foundation, a non-exclusive license to publish, distribute, archive, and preserve the article in all forms and media.

Authors are free to reuse, reproduce, and distribute their published work for educational, research, and non-commercial purposes, provided that the original publication in GESS is properly acknowledged.

Author Rights

Authors retain the following rights:

  • Copyright ownership of their published work.
